25 # on the left arm tried to wk 35# in got 3 but not able to manage well so retuen to 25 10# on the right arm ( r arm in rehab still )
30 pullups on the last rnd just cause i only can count in sets of 5 . deedadee ! didnt log time to bust dancin on the plyo box and opening up ALL the boxes ! weehaw

I do all of the work outs that I post. I can't say I enjoy them all, but I do what every Work Out of the Day (WOD) comes out of my hopper.
