No this not a repeat I will be using this rest day to make up for yesterdays WOD. I am such a slacker
Here is some instruction on the proper Dead Lift.
The WOD: 10 yes TEN rounds for time
15 reps of 135# Dead Lift ( scale the weight as needed)
15 reps of Push-up
Lets see how its done.
Ready GO
My Time: 12:39. That 135# got real heavy really fast.
