Rest Day NOT (Sunday 07)

Today should be a rest day.  After my stellar performance I believe it is a lift day.

Much better 275, 305, 315, 345, 385  all good lifts.
I threw 405 for 1 rep just because.  Good lift.  I guess I had a bad day yesterday.
