Jump (Friday 05)

Jumping rope can be on of the most frustrating exercises.  The only way to improve at it is to do it.  The clip below may help with mastering this technique


  
The WOD: 4 rounds for time
25 double unders (NO SINGLE UNDERS ALLOWED)
25 Push-ups
25 Squats
25 Knees to elbows
