Enough rest.  Time to get back in the mix.


The WOD:  5 rounds for time


10 Kettle bell swings (25% of body weight)

20 Windshield washers (Lay on the ground if you can't hang from the bar)

30 Squats 

40 Sit-Ups

    my windsheild wipers are so sloppy and i struggle withe each one. but i did them on the bar. only way i know to get better is to do more!
