Dead Lift (Saturday)

Oh my favorite exercise the Dead Lift.  Lets throw some push-ups in just for fun.

Here is some instruction on the proper Dead Lift.




The WOD:  10 yes TEN rounds for time
15 reps of 135# Dead Lift ( scale the weight as needed)
15  reps of Push-up

Lets see how its done.
